We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for an entire business unit to meet 36ZERO Vision overall strategy.
Your mission
  • Continuous support and development of existing key-accounts as well as acquisition of new customers
  • Target group, competitor analysis and market research for the continuous improvement of sales 
  • Development of innovative sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Conducting convincing product presentations and demonstrations
  • Identification of company-wide potential and strategic development of customer relationships
  • Collecting, analyzing and interpreting sales data to control and optimize sales activities
  • Responsibility and management of tenders (Bid-Management)
  • Conducting contract negotiations and preparing offers
  • Gathering sales-relevant customer feedback for continuous product development
Your profile
  • Extensive sales and key account management experience preferably in the industrial B2B and/or automotive sector
  • Self-confident appearance, process-oriented thinking and high persuasiveness
  • High level of proactivity and strong customer focus in the B2B sector
  • Performance-oriented, entrepreneurial culture and strategic mindset
  • Process understanding of industrial companies
  • Team Player Mentality
  • Sales-IQ
  • Skilled in negotiations
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Business fluent in German and English
